Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. (Including shipping)
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at contact@brandedsagebabes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, send your item(s) to the following address:
4215 West Willard Park Court, Riverton, UT 84096 - Please pack your items securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- If the item is in its original, unused condition, a refund will be issued within 30 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@brandedsagebabes.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
